Our 30-minute classes are specifically designed to give you maximum results in minimal time. Whether you're toning up with Hot Pilates, building strength with HIIT, or healing with our infrared lights, each class is crafted to challenge your body and mind. With consistency you’ll notice increased strength, flexibility, and mental clarity—all while feeling energized and rejuvenated. We understand life happens, and sometimes schedules change. If you miss a class, don’t worry! We offer a 4-hour cancellation window to give you flexibility in case you need to adjust your plans. Just be sure to cancel at least 4 hours before your class to avoid a $10 late cancellation fee. You can book your class right up until the start time—as long as there are available spaces! We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we’ve made it easy for you to fit a class into your day, even at the last minute. If you find yourself with time to spare, just book a class and jump right in!

Yes, you can. We just ask for two weeks’ notice to process the pause. We understand plans can come up suddenly, so please give us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate your request.

Yes, you can continue training with us as long as you have clearance from your doctor. Please note that only some of our classes are pregnancy-safe — we recommend the non-heated options. We also have trainers who specialise in pregnancy support, so send us a message and we’ll happily guide you to the most suitable classes.

At the moment, we don’t have a crèche, as our studio is heated and we don’t have the facilities to safely accommodate little ones. We completely understand how important this is for parents, and we’re always looking for ways to better support our community — so keep an eye out for any future updates!

A Nap Session is a completely quiet, still room where you can shut off from the world, rest, and recharge — because you deserve it. There are no interruptions, giving you the perfect space for a mini reset for your body and mind.
