Refund Policy

At Soul Society, we are committed to providing a seamless and supportive fitness and shopping experience. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases.
1. Classes, Memberships & Passes
All purchases of memberships, class passes, and drop-in sessions are non-refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are not available for:
Change of mind
Missed classes or no-shows
Unused time on active memberships
Failure to cancel within the required notice period
If you are unable to attend a booked class, you may reschedule or cancel it in line with our cancellation policy. For drop-in bookings, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled class to avoid forfeiture.
Memberships may be paused or cancelled only in accordance with our Membership Terms and Conditions. All cancellations are subject to the applicable notice period.
In cases of serious illness, injury, or exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
If Soul Society cancels a class or suspends service due to maintenance, public health directives, or other operational reasons, we may offer a replacement class, credit, or refund at our discretion.
2. Store Purchases – Clothing, Socks, Shoes & Towels
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on retail items.
Exchanges or store credit may be offered if the item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, socks, shoes, and towels cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
If an item is faulty or does not meet acceptable quality standards under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. Proof of purchase is required.
