Refund Policy

Soul Society – Operated by Three Corp Pty Ltd

At Soul Society, we aim to provide a seamless and supportive fitness experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases.

All purchases of memberships, class passes, and drop-in sessions are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Missed classes or no-shows

  • Unused time on active memberships

  • Failure to cancel within the required notice period

If you are unable to attend a booked class, you may reschedule or cancel it (subject to our cancellation window). Drop-in classes must be cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled time to avoid forfeiture.

Memberships may be paused or cancelled according to our Membership Terms and Conditions. Any cancellation must comply with applicable notice periods.

In the event of serious illness, injury, or exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

If Soul Society cancels a class or suspends service due to maintenance, public health, or other operational issues, we may offer a replacement class, credit, or refund at our discretion.
